Personal Assistant to CEO Mobile Telecommunications Company

Our client is a rapidly expanding reseller of mobile phones for the major UK networks including 3, O2 and Orange, currently providing 5,000 connections per month with a target of doubling this by the end of 2005.
The company has a competitive advantage in the marketplace due to its integrated onshore and offshore delivery capability providing employees with exciting prospects associated with a global high growth business model.
We have been tasked with finding a Personal Assistant for the CEO of the company, to provide him and other Group Board Directors with a professional and efficient secretarial and administrative support service as and when required. It is an opportunity for an enthusiastic, self motivated, strong individual to join an extremely fast moving and challenging environment. Please only apply if you meet the criteria below:
Experience
• At least two years experience as a personal assistant with administrative experience
Skills*competencies
• Ability to maintain a very busy, demanding diary. Scheduling including travel and hotel arrangements • Scheduling urgent and confidential internal*external meetings • Competent in minute taking • Excellent knowledge of Word*Excel*Powerpoint • Excellent organisational skills • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure • Excellent interpersonal skills • Good Time management
Compensation
• Base Salary £23,000 - £25,000 plus bonuses
